Shared thoughts on what the future holds and what the correct course of action should be in terms of guaranteeing that all protocols meet the principle of decentralization at the same time that the business models are successful.Meetup Post Devconnect - 6 Dec.Some of the Devconnect attendees from our community gave a recap of the event. We discussed the Invisible Garden experience, long-term learning opportunities for devs, and hackathon participation. It was interesting how this experience allowed for future iniciatives as some partnership opportunities and new projects were discussed, as well as new products from the Ethereum ecosystem which could be promoted for adoption in Tegucigalpa. We wanted to prepare them so they could take full advantage of the event and their time. The format of the event was quite simple; we had some senior community members sharing their experiences and tips from previous events, and we also shared the list of events and the Devconnect calendar. César Núñez (@CesarNunez2323) Prize: - 55 6:19 AM • Dec 12, 2025 Ethereum Mexico X space https://x.com/ethereum_mexico/status/1981028754588655867Scholarship Program - Devconnect 2025Aimed at ensuring Honduran participation in Devconnet, a program organized by Ethereum Tegucigalpa throughout 2025; a portion of the Scholarship Program funds was allocated to the winners of the Best Project at ETH Jaguar 2025, as well as to individuals who stood out for their active participation and meaningful contributions on the Road to Devconnect Buenos Aires activities. Additionally, thanks to collaborations with various protocols, one community member was awarded a scholarship from Scroll to attend the event in Buenos Aires. As in previous years, and in order to maximize available resources, Ethereum TGU managed a Hacker House, enabling more Honduran participants to benefit from shared accommodation during Devconnect, held from November 16 to 22. As a result, a total of 10 Hondurans were successfully supported in their participation at Devconnect Buenos Aires 2025. Some of them included the use of blockchain.Devconnect Buenos Aires 2025We had a total presence of 19 Honduran members from Ethereum TGU at Devconnect. The diversity of profiles was remarkable, with several participants focusing on developer-related topics, while others concentrated on community engagement and connections. A few of the Hondurans gave a talk, participated in Invisible Garden, and won prizes at ETH Global.GovernanceContinued our work within Scroll DAO and, since late September, began participating as members of the Governance Council, where we are responsible for helping design the framework for the DAO’s next iteration. As part of the Governance Council, we participated in Scroll DAO Day at Devconnect, where we shared updates on ongoing governance work with attending delegates. We also took part in Governance Day organized by SeedGov at Devconnect, contributing to and learning from the different governance-focused discussions. In addition, we actively participated in the co-creation process through sprint calls, attending an average of four calls per week. Our work within the Governance Coordination Committee (GCC) included drafting proposals related to budget allocation and work distribution under the new governance model.
